Started business Offically

I officially launched This PC Needs Help in 2008, building on a passion for technology that dates back to 1998. What began as a hobby—helping friends and family troubleshoot computer issues in my spare time—evolved into a dedicated professional service committed to providing expert IT support and solutions.
2016-2019

The ECONOMIC BOOM

During this time, the economy experienced significant growth, creating a thriving environment for business. Demand for security camera sales and installations, PC repair, networking services, and overall consumer confidence surged. Business was booming, and it was an exciting and prosperous period of growth and success.
2020

Survival during COVID

During the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses deemed non-essential were forced to shut down, making it unsustainable to continue operating. As a result, my family and I relocated to Florida, where I established IT Pro Complete. After three years of rapid population growth in the area, we found that frequent travel was no longer safe, and we longed to return to the small-town lifestyle we cherished.
2021-2025

Florida

Florida was an incredible experience, but with rapid population growth and increasing safety concerns, we knew it was time to return home. This marks a new chapter for us—one focused on growing This PC Needs Help bigger and better while staying true to our roots. With the support of our community, friends, and loyal clients, we remain committed to delivering the same trusted service that started it all.
